The role
During this 10-month fixed-term the incumbent will partner with leaders, and understand the teams across Alpine Energy (AEL) to support the efficient and effective delivery of end to end recruitment and talent solutions. Including development and delivery of selection and attraction strategies for a broad range of roles across the organisation.
What’s involved
You will provide strategic support and advice to leaders across all talent acquisition activities and processes, incorporating EVP, employee brand and values in all recruitment activities.
What you’ll need
To be successful your experience will include a combination of:
• Tertiary qualification in HR or other related discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in a talent acquisition related role
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including confidence to speak in front of groups
