Your portfolio will be diverse:

Reporting directly to the Enterprise and Property Services Manager, you'll provide support in the management and administration of Council's diverse enterprise portfolio. This portfolio encompasses a growing port facility, large forestry holdings, four holiday parks and two aerodromes, as well as commercial retail/service properties. It is an interesting portfolio presenting a wide tenant mix over varied property types.

Your day will be varied:

Your day- to- day responsibilities will be varied and will include the management, compliance oversight and administration of assigned commercial and semi-commercial properties, dealing directly with commercial stakeholders in relation to these assets. You will be part of a small dynamic team reporting to the Enterprise and Property Services Manager.

Your talents will be many:

Your excellent communication and relationship management skills will be key to this role, along with being highly organised and able to deliver work programme within tight timeframes. You'll have practical experience in the commercial property, and preferably project management experience too. You will be a strong communicator with a win-win orientation.

The successful candidate will ideally have a commercial property management background. A key requisite however is strong administration skills, a desire to learn and strong communication skills.
