This role is about more than just managing production of inspiring European Cuisine. It's where you will assist in development of delicious seasonal menus, reflect on global food trends and assist in developing the next generation of passionate food professionals.

Do you need experience?
Yes, this is a key role that includes training and menu development. It will suit you if you can demonstrate supervisory experience as a Senior Chef, have previously worked in a 4 star+ kitchen and want a leadership role with a future. It's important you are flexible for shifts that include weekends, be available to work where required throughout our Southern region hotels and love dazzling with your creativity.

We will look after you, you'll enjoy secure full time work 40 hours per week, in a friendly team and being part of one of NZ's leading hotel brands. $70K -75K pa.
