As part of this contract, we are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join out new branch. Based in Kerikeri working 40 hours per week, this is a unique, multi-faceted role working with our facilities management contract and supporting the Branch Manager to help our business run systematically and smoothly. It requires an organised dynamic person with a go-getter attitude and an eagle eye for detail.
This is a reasonably autonomous role which is a pivotal part of our service delivery team.
Your mission?
- Comprehend and apply the contract requirements to all things administrative including claims management, job completion QC, reporting, invoicing and more!
- Embrace a fast-paced service delivery team and uphold high level of quality and service.
- Champion effective communication strategies, building and maintaining robust relationships internally and externally.
- Utilise cutting-edge software tools to keep operations streamlined and productive as well as challenging the norms to allow us to grow and improve.
Qualifications & Experience:
To excel in this pivotal role, you should possess:
- A robust background in contract administration.
- Adeptness in managing intricate financial transactions and providing administrative support.
- Proficiency in software tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, and other specific tools like CAM, CEM, My Timesheet, Blueprint, Pronto, and Benchmark.
- Business Administration course or diploma preferred, but not essential.
