About The Company

WasteCo was born out of Christchurch over 10 years ago. Expanding ever since, it is now entering a new and exciting period of its ongoing journey. From its entrepreneurial beginnings, based around a drive to find a better way to go about waste management, they have since grown into a prominent business offering several different waste management services, right across the South Island.

About The Role

This role is fundamental to the success of WasteCo’s daily Christchurch operation – with responsibi li ty for all scheduling and dispatch across its services. There will be a particular focus on driver management, and continuous improvement initiatives around route optimisation and overall efficiency - with the end goal being outstanding service delivery and the satisfaction of a job well done. About You

This is a fast-paced role which will require outstanding problem solving, people management, stakeholder engagement and the ability to analyse data and relate back to the big picture. You’ll need to be a great communicator who can connect with a diverse range of people, and be someone who’s MO is to get the job done, correctly and to the highest standard. You’ll need to be a systematic person who can think quickly, plan effectively and who wants to bring a positive and proactive energy to their work.
