As we continue to progress our transformational journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative for our central region. This role you can be based at any of our branches in New Zealand

He angitūtanga: The opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will:

  • Support and liaise with our internal/external customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships.
  • Be involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service.
  • Pro-actively identify and inform customers of any network delays.
  • Managing customer queries via phone/email and manage customer escalations.
  • Resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner

We are looking for a driven individual who can work in a team environment, as a team member and has attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask.

Additionally, you will have:

  • A minimum of one year experience in a similar role
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have a positive and cooperative attitude towards customers and other employees.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills
  • Good computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Experience with Genesys Purecloud and / or Salesforce would be beneficial.
