The Role

We are looking for an experienced People Success Lead to join our passionate and collaborative People team. As a key member of our human resources team, you will be the team lead responsible for support and advising on the strategic workforce objectives of your dedicated business unit.

Reporting to the Global People Success Manager, you will lead a team of human resources professionals in employee relations, talent acquisitions and support roles. You will have the opportunity to build partnerships across the People function and play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic talent plans. Day-to-day you will provide strategic insight and guidance, as well as create and lead projects focused on talent development, talent acquisition, rewards, and recognition. As an integral part of your business unit’s leadership team, the work you do will have real impact on the experience of our People.

A day in the life

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Strategically partner with the Senior Leadership team of your dedicated business units, with a high level of autonomy and accountability
  • Lead a small team of human resources professionals in employee relations, talent acquisitions and support roles to ensure employee relations practices, policies, and recruiting efforts are aligned with the strategy and support business needs
  • Promote and develop a culture that aligns with strategic objectives
  • Drive succession and workforce planning efforts
  • Optimize the design of the organizational structure
  • Utilize key metrics to design solutions that enhance the overall health of the business unit
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment
  • Regularly conduct performance reviews and inspire your team to meet their goals


A Bit About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in a similar People leadership role within a global setting
  • Sound working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment law
  • Exceptional professionalism, stakeholder management abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Effective analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation with a strong customer service focus
  • Strong global and cultural awareness, and a commitment to upholding ethical practices in all your actions
