About the Team
This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.

The Opportunity
Join a team dedicated towards upskilling our customers around our highly regarded Partner Solutions and online business tools. The relationship between advisors and their customers is essential to success now and in the future, so come and help us pave the way forward! We're looking for candidates that are immediately available.

The Role

  • Provide high-quality, adaptable technical support and customer service for MYOB accredited Business Partners.
  • Daily responsibilities include
  • Provide outstanding support and accounting expertise to MYOB Partner customers utilising phone, email, and self-service tools for current and future products.
  • Ensure escalations are taken care of in a timely manner.
  • Involved in the testing of new releases to test usability of the product and troubleshoot for any potential defects
  • Assist or advise the support team leader on training or operational requirements and perceived gaps

What You will Bring

  • An interest in Accounting or the IT industry.
  • Customer support or customer service experience
  • Strong analytical skills that translate to excellent troubleshooting and solution skills in business applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building ability.
