We have excellent opportunity to make a real difference to our Agribusiness customers! This could be the perfect opportunity for you, if you are passionate about Agri, and want to progress your career in an equally exciting and challenging role, based in Hawkes Bay.

What is the team culture and environment like?

You will be joining a supportive team of experienced and high performing Agribusiness, Commercial & Business Partners, allowing you to share knowledge, learn from others and continually grow and develop.

What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?

Agribusiness in Hastings has great diversity and has been a growth market in recent years - you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients in sheep & beef, and horticulture - this presents real opportunity to grow BNZ's presence and to grow your expertise through exposure to new and emerging businesses as well as working with customers recovering from Cyclone Gabrielle.

What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?

We need to find someone who is motivated by connecting with new opportunities - not afraid to put themselves out there or pick up the phone to see how we can help.

They also need to be able to be seen as a "trusted advisor" and build confidence by demonstrating their ability to work effectively through funding requirements for customers.

What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?

We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious team player who has a growth mindset and desire to contribute to a high performing team.

Ideally, you will also have a high level of commercial acumen, and either an already established professional network or proven ability to grow a network, to help serve our customers brilliantly!
