We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Event/Cleaning Supervisor to work at Forsyth Barr and Stadium in Otago. This is a casual role and hours of work are on "as and when" required basis, dependent upon business needs.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

In this position you will be responsible for;

• Supervising and undertaking cleaning and housekeeping duties in accordance with client contract
• Delegating duties to housekeeping staff
• Developing and maintaining excellent client and customer relations and preparing rosters.
• You will maintain a high level of housekeeping standards and deliver services which exceed client expectations.
• Cleaning and supervisor experience would be an advantage, as you will be leading a small team.

• Ideally you will already have some experience and knowledge of working in commercial cleaning
• Will have a flexible attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative and with others.
• You will have attention to detail.
• Will be willing to go the extra mile.
• Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for customer service and quality.
