Te Tūranga - The Role

Our Levin Plant, currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team.

The key responsibilities of the role include:.

  • Being involved in the ongoing improvement projects
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on plant machinery, as well as completing routine maintenance across a wide variety of plant and equipment
  • Servicing and attending breakdowns, contributing to the preventative maintenance culture.
  • Working on a rotating shift pattern to meet processing demands

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in Fitting, Machining and Welding as well as:

  • Have exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Basic Computer literacy
  • Enjoy bringing your commitment and great values to our business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with innovative thinking
  • Enjoy working within a team environment.
  • Experience within a Food or Manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
