The Role

This pivotal role sits at the heart of our business, ensuring the successful dispatch of our wine to customers all over the world –

  • Be the key internal and external contact for all bulk wine dispatch
  • Ensure orders are delivered accurately, in full and on time
  • Manage all export documentation and compliance
  • Liaise with freight partners, trucking companies and our internal teams
  • Engage with stakeholders to build trusted relationships, influence and manage expectations
  • Bring your ideas on how to optimise and continuously improve our processes

This role can be based either in Auckland or Blenheim.

About You

Ideally, you will bring experience with dispatch or logistics within food/beverage, as well as -

  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and adherence to process
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts
  • Problem solve and influence to make things happen
