The Relationship Manager is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:

• Establishing and growing profitable relationships with a portfolio of Agri Business customers

• Developing and demonstrating knowledge of your customer's business needs and supporting proactive solutions to meet their current and future needs and business objectives

• Actively promoting value add materials, workshops, and specialists (internal and external) to customers

• Committing to the development and growth of a customer portfolio whilst maintaining effective relationships with many existing long term clients

• Enhancing ANZ Business' profile in the marketplace through networking and demonstrating our point of difference

• Working collaboratively with various teams within Business and across the wider bank to supporting your customers' growth and ongoing success

• Providing excellent customer service to develop strong relationships and networks

Role Location: Blenheim

Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Proven experience in relationship management and delivery and provision of customer focused solutions

• Previous experience within banking / financial and/or agricultural industry in a similar capacity would be beneficial

• Confident networking skills to enhance customer relationships, and maximise and grow portfolios

• Analytical and proficient in evaluating financial accounts, budget and cash-flow

• Proactive and able to act decisively on information on hand

• A growth mind-set
