At Kiwibank we’re building a new generation of banking services for our customers, as part of our core migration. As a result, we’re scaling our Transformation Team on our Core & Data Services Program and we're looking for a Business Transformation Lead to join the team.

In this role you’ll report to the Senior Business Transformation Lead and be a key member of the Product and Pricing project team, focussing on delivering Product and Pricing capabilities. You’ll play an important role in the build of our products as part of our core banking transformation, by leading development of requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with the support of Business Analysts. You’ll also work closely with delivery squads to ensure that business value, uplift capabilities and stakeholder feedback is translated into what we build.

Our success as a program relies on ensuring that our senior leadership is confident of our ability to deliver change safely. This means that you'll work closely with our stakeholders by leading key program meetings and working groups, connecting business teams into the program to ensure a wide range of customer and business needs are always at the forefront of decisions.

As Business Transformation Lead, you’ll provide subject matter expertise and guidance, ideally using your banking expertise, as a part of the cross-functional team as we deliver impactful technology and business change.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

• Prior experience working as part of a cross-functional delivery team i.e., larger-scale transformation delivery programs encompassing both technology and business change.
  
• The ability to guide Business Analysts in the development of requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  
• A deep mix of business expertise across a range of banking disciplines (e.g. product, distribution, operations, risks etc), ideally working with banking products and pricing constructs.
  
• Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships and be able to work collaboratively with people internally (and externally where required).
  
• Commercially astute, resilient, and adaptable with a focus on continuous improvement.
  
• Familiarity with the creation of business cases, budgeting and forecasting, this includes investment logic maps.
  
• Demonstrates strong alignment with our Ngā Kauwaka mindsets and behaviours.
  
• Familiarity with product design and/or business process design.
