You'll be someone who:

Is an active team member with a passion for customer service and a genuine enjoyment for assisting people.

Shows professionalism, sound communication and judgement skills with the ability to problem solve and able to manage and prioritise a diverse workload.

This is a role with lots of variety and so we are looking for someone who can get stuck in and assist the team and wider Council with everything from Council meeting support to governance administration tasks.

Strong technical skills are a must and ideally you will hold at least three years' office executive support and/or administration experience in a large organisation. A level 4 certificate in Business Administration or similar would be advantageous.

Your organisational skills will be integral to this role with the ability to work under tight time restraints.
