Service Technician

• $43-$45 P/H

Key Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair forklifts and materials handling equipment in the field and workshop
• Carry out maintenance, inspections, fault-finding, and breakdown repairs
• Build strong customer relationships and provide equipment advice
• Complete service reports, job cards, and tablet-based documentation
• Follow health & safety procedures while identifying additional service opportunities for customers

About you

• Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic or similar trade background
• Experienced in diagnostics, fault-finding, and equipment repairs
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Committed to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service
• Strong communication skills and confidence using technology
• Full NZ driver License
