Are you a Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, Programme professional or Technology Delivery specialist looking for something a little different?

We’re looking for people who understand how change really gets delivered.

You might come from project or programme management, Agile delivery, technology delivery, transformation, PMO, change governance or a similar background. You do not need to be an auditor. Bring your delivery experience, curiosity and ability to ask the right questions, and we’ll teach you the assurance ropes.

What You’ll Get To Do

You’ll work across some of ASB’s most significant change and transformation activity, helping us understand:

• whether major programmes are set up to succeed
• whether delivery plans and milestones are credible
• how effectively risks, issues and dependencies are being managed
• whether governance and accountabilities are working in practice
• where delivery may be starting to drift before it becomes a bigger problem
• whether transformation is delivering the outcomes it set out to achieve

This isn’t about sitting on the sidelines checking boxes. It is about getting underneath complex delivery, asking good questions, bringing an independent perspective and helping ASB deliver change successfully.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from people with experience in areas such as:

• Project or Programme Management
• Agile Delivery
• Technology Delivery
• Transformation
• PMO or Portfolio Management
• Delivery Governance
• Large-scale change programmes

You’ll be someone who can see the bigger picture while getting into the detail when it matters, build relationships with senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and turn complex delivery information into clear insights.

Never worked in Audit & Assurance? That’s okay.

In fact, we’re deliberately looking for people with different backgrounds and perspectives.

We can teach you how to apply an assurance lens. What we’re looking for is the practical experience and judgement that comes from understanding how complex change actually gets delivered.
