Territory Sales Manager

Join our team in Wellington as a Fixed-Term Territory Sales Manager, where you'll build strong customer partnerships, grow your territory and help bring some of New Zealand's most loved brands to life. This role will commence in the New Year and finish up in August 2027.

Your Impact

As a Territory Sales Manager, no two days are the same. You'll balance customer visits with office-based work, adapting to changing priorities, solving problems in real time and delivering commercial results. Supported by our world-class Learning & Development team and experienced leaders, you'll grow your capability and make a lasting impact with customers.

With this At Home portfolio, you'll work with grocery and retail customers, partnering closely with Merchandisers and the Merchandising Manager to deliver excellent in-store execution and drive growth.

You will:

• Grow sales, distribution and market share across your territory
• Build customer plans that drive profitable growth and category performance
• Partner with Merchandisers to deliver strong in-store execution and service standards
• Execute category, promotional and brand plans in market
• Use data, insights and category expertise to identify opportunities and continuously improve territory performance
