Customer Specialist - Rolleston Square

Permanent part-time | 24 hours per week | Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems and helping customers feel confident with their everyday banking.

The role

As a Customer Specialist, you’ll often be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll take the time to understand what they need, provide simple and easy solutions, and connect them with the right specialist when their needs are more complex.

You’ll also help customers get the most out of ASB’s digital and self-service tools, making their banking easier and giving them confidence to manage their finances in the way that works best for them.

This is a permanent part-time position working 24 hours per week across three full days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

You don’t need banking experience to be successful. Strong customer service experience, great communication skills and a willingness to learn will set you up well for this opportunity.
