Nurses in General Practice enhance community health and equity, providing advanced care within multidisciplinary teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join us at The Doctors Tui to contribute clinical excellence and community health improvement. You will work alongside skilled colleagues, supported by dedicated medical center leadership.

This is a permanent position working 16 hours per week across 2 days from Monday - Friday

Do you have what we are looking for?

• A current New Zealand practicing certificate with primary care experince (desirable)
• Competent in areas of nursing in either or both primary and secondary care
• Experienced primary health or emergency care nurse
• Your practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.
• Willing to continually learn and improve
• Phone triage and or telehealth experience beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build strong rapport with team members.
• You will ideally hold current CPR certificate
• Immunisation and smear taker certificates is desirable but not essential
• Computer literate
