Now, we’re launching our first Graduate Programme. We’re looking for four graduates to join us in February 2027 and help shape what comes next at Tower.

From day one, you’ll be part of the team, doing meaningful work, building connections across Tower and developing skills that’ll set you up for your career. You’ll get to try new things, learn from different people and see how your work contributes to the bigger picture.

How the programme works

Our Graduate Programme runs for two years. You’ll join Tower in a permanent role with a home team, while completing structured rotations in other parts of the business alongside your graduate cohort.

Our first graduate intake will include opportunities across:

• Product, Pricing & Underwriting
• Customer & Marketing
• Digital & Technology
• Finance

The rotations will give you the chance to experience different parts of Tower, build new skills and understand how our teams work together.

And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll have support from leaders, buddies and dedicated programme support to help you make the most of every opportunity.

Who we’re looking for

We’re not looking for the ‘perfect’ graduate. We’re looking for potential.
