2027 summer assignment - Call Centre work for Back-to-School

We are looking for people to help us in our call centre for our Back-To-School season of 2027!

OfficeMax sells schoolbooks and equipment to students in primary and secondary school across the motu, so they are ready for their school year.

We have multiple roles available. For this assignment you will be supporting our customers answering their phone and email queries and making sure they have what their children or students need for the year. Full training is provided so you are supported to succeed!

You must be available to work 830am-5pm from the 4th Jan. We have varying lengths of the contract between 4-10 weeks. Below are the lengths of the assignment – on your application please indicate what length of assignment you can commit to in the “Desired Remuneration - base and commission (if appropriate)” box – AFTER you have listed your hourly wage expectations.

Assignment Lengths

• 4th January 2027 – 5th February 2027
• 4th January 2027 – 19th February 2027
• 4th January 2027 – 26th February 2027
• 4th January – 12th March 2027

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer support
• Responding to incoming enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Gaining a sound understanding of the products sold during the back-to-school campaign
• Ensure enquiries are resolved in accordance with the OfficeMax guidelines
• And that records are accurately maintained and kept up to date
