We’re working alongside established civil contractors delivering roading and infrastructure projects across Auckland. They’re looking for experienced

Site Traffic Management Supervisors (STMS) for full time and part time opportunities.

If you communicate clearly, take ownership of site safety and know how to lead a crew, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading traffic management operations on active civil and roading sites
• Implementing and maintaining approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
• Briefing and supervising traffic management crews
• Monitoring site conditions and responding to changing risks
• Liaising with site supervisors, contractors and road controlling authorities
• Maintaining accurate site documentation and traffic management records

What You’ll Bring

• Current STMS qualifications and practising competencies appropriate to the work
• Proven experience supervising traffic management on civil or roading sites
• Strong understanding of TMPs and safe traffic management practices
• ConstructSafe or Site Safe
• Full Class 1 driver licence, with Class 2 an advantage
• Reliability, clear communication and confidence leading a crew

Additional civil tickets and experience mentoring team members will be highly regarded.
