Wharf Ambassador - Hannafords Wharf

Looking for a Coromandel based summer job?

Council wants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for those using the Auckland to Coromandel ferry coming into Hannafords wharf.

This summer, starting from Labour weekend, the ferry will operate four day weekends, building up to seven days a week from late November.

We are now looking for Wharf staff to help ferry passengers and other wharf users get to where they need to be safely and on time.

You Will Need To

• demonstrate sound judgement and responsibility
• be confident in interacting with all ages
• have excellent people skills
• be confident in an around the water
• pass a full police check and pre-employment drug test
• have a current first aid certificate or be ready to get one
