We're seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the delivery of facilities management services at a complex Auckland site. This hands-on role is responsible for managing maintenance programs, contractor performance, compliance, site operations, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

What we're looking for

Proven facilities management experience in a complex operational environment

Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance, compliance, and HSEQ

Experience managing contractors, budgets, and service delivery outcomes

Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Experience using CMMS, CAFM or work order management systems.

A proactive approach to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

Experience with GMP, KORE, FSSC, ISO or similar compliance frameworks, asset lifecycle planning, capital projects, technical service contracts or mobilisation/transition projects would be advantageous.

A qualification in facilities management, business, engineering, project management or a related discipline is desirable, but proven industry experience and capability are equally important.
