Tremains Property Management is expanding into Hawke’s Bay, and we’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who is ready for the next step in their career.

This is not an opportunity to inherit an overloaded or challenging portfolio.

It is an opportunity to help build one.

You’ll be joining Tremains at the beginning of our Property Management growth in Hawke’s Bay, giving you the chance to develop a high-quality portfolio, build strong landlord relationships from day one and play an important part in shaping how the business develops in the region.

And you won’t be doing it alone.

Tremains already has well-established Sales businesses throughout Hawke’s Bay, providing a strong referral network and an existing local presence to support Property Management growth.

We’ve done this before

Our recently established Wairarapa Property Management business demonstrates what can be achieved with the right people, systems and support.

After establishing the business from the ground up, Tremains Property Management Wairarapa was recognised as a REINZ Office of the Year finalist – Small Office.

We’re now looking to take the same approach into Hawke’s Bay.

You’ll work closely with our General Manager and wider Property Management team, benefiting from the experience, systems, processes and lessons already developed through our regional growth.

What we’re looking for

You’ll already understand Property Management and be confident managing landlord and tenant relationships.

More importantly, you’ll be someone who wants to grow. You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous residential Property Management experience
• Strong knowledge of New Zealand tenancy legislation and compliance
• Excellent relationship and communication skills
• Strong organisation and time management
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• An interest in portfolio growth and new business
• Confidence working independently while remaining connected to a wider team
• A commitment to providing a high standard of service
• A full New Zealand driver licence
