Looking for more than just another office job? As a Schedule Coordinator, you'll help keep essential support services running smoothly for people with intellectual disabilities.
You'll work closely with Support Workers and Service Managers, solve problems, coordinate rosters, and make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.It's a fast-paced role where you'll build communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills that can open doors to future career opportunities.
Daily tasks include coordinating staff rosters and responding to changing needs, building strong relationships with Support Workers and Service Managers, finding solutions when plans change at short notice, communicating confidently with people across the organisation, and helping ensure the people we support receive consistent, quality support.
