Property Management Growth Manager - Hawkes Bay

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, relationship-focused professional to assist in establishing and growing Tremains Property Management across the Hawke’s Bay region. This isn’t your traditional role.

We are looking for someone who wants to be at the forefront of growth: building relationships, creating connections, developing new business opportunities and establishing a strong presence for Tremains within the Hawke’s Bay community.

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building trusted relationships and getting out into the community. Networking comes naturally to you, you’re confident starting conversations and you understand that sustainable growth comes from strong relationships and delivering a great experience.

Alongside driving growth, you will also be involved in the management of properties within the region, supporting landlords and tenants and helping ensure the portfolio continues to be well looked after as it grows.

You’ll be passionate, driven and motivated by the opportunity to build something. Experience within property, real estate or a relationship-based industry would be valuable, however just as important is your ability to connect with people, build trust and turn relationships into long-term business opportunities.
