Kia ora, Talofa lava, Kia Orana, Malo e lelei, Fakalofa lahi atu, Bula Vinaka and Namaste!

At ASB, we’re all about helping our customers get One Step Ahead by giving them the tools they need to manage their lives, businesses, and futures securely.

At the heart of our modernisation journey lies a bold vision: Building a simpler, modern bank enabling ASB to deliver customer value faster in an increasingly changing world. We’re seeking a Line 1 Technology Risk Manager to join our Modernisation Division. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain an enterprise-wide perspective of ASB, by assisting the division to manage the risks of one of New Zealand largest technology transformation programmes.

While technology risk management experience would be beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. We are particularly interested in hearing from risk and compliance professionals with experience in complex business processes, technology or transformation programmes, coupled with excellent stakeholder management, and a proactive attitude.

This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your expertise, judgement, and communication skills will be valued as you work with both internal stakeholders and external partners to uplift our risk culture and resilience.

If you're passionate about tech, transformation, and helping organisations move fast and safely, this could be your next big move.
