About The Role
Archway Recruitment is partnering with a growing specialist consultancy that works on a range of construction and development projects across New Zealand.
We're looking for an organised and proactive
Project Support Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to a team of Project Managers and technical specialists. This is a varied role where you'll help keep projects running smoothly, manage documentation, coordinate meetings, and support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and format reports, proposals, meeting minutes, and project documents
- Support Project Managers and technical staff with administration and coordination
- Track project actions, deadlines, and key deliverables
- Manage project documentation and filing systems
- Assist with consent-related documentation and applications
- Support invoicing, fee administration, and data entry
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, bookings, and minutes
- Provide general office support, reception cover, and visitor management
- Assist with business support tasks such as ordering supplies, catering, and fleet administration
About You
You Will Have
- Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar support role
- Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment; real estate, legal, accountancy or consultancy is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word
- Excellent attention to detail and document formatting abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience working in a professional services environment such as engineering, architecture, consulting, legal, or accounting would be advantageous.
