Store Managers at Kmart play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving operational excellence. You will lead high-performing teams, manage financial outcomes, and create a positive, inclusive culture that reflects our values.

This role will be based in Bayfair (Tauranga) but supporting stores in Bay of Plenty region.
