Senior Account Manager

This is an opportunity to step into a Senior Account Manager role with real ownership, client exposure and room to grow. You'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day client relationship, shaping media responses and delivering high-quality work across campaigns spanning brand through to performance.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with an experienced Associate Business Director and a talented team across Client Service, Investment, Digital Planning and Media.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Taking ownership of the day-to-day client relationship across your portfolio
• Building trusted relationships with clients, agency partners and media suppliers
• Leading media planning and implementation across offline channels
• Working collaboratively with digital specialists to deliver integrated campaigns
• Developing accurate, insightful media plans, schedules and presentations
• Identifying opportunities and challenges within your clients' businesses and bringing proactive recommendations to the table
• Working closely with agency partners and suppliers to deliver great work
• Contributing to strategic thinking, creative sessions and campaign development
• Managing budgets, timelines and deliverables with a high level of ownership
• Supporting and coaching junior members of the team
• Contributing to new business, award-winning work and wider PHD initiatives

This is a role where you'll have a genuine voice. You'll be trusted to manage relationships, make recommendations and take ownership, while having strong senior support around you.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is curious, accountable and genuinely passionate about media and doing great work.

You'll ideally bring:

• Around 2–5 years' media experience
• Strong offline media planning and buying experience
• An understanding of digital media and a willingness to work collaboratively with digital specialists
• Experience building strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Confidence working with media tools such as Pegasus, CMI, GWI and AdIntel
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client challenges
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support those around you

Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members, or exposure to digital planning and buying, would be a bonus. Most importantly, we're looking for attitude. If you're someone who takes ownership, wants to learn and is motivated by producing work you're proud of, you could be a great fit.
