The Opportunity | Project Manager

Based in Central Auckland, you will play a key role in the delivery of a major infrastructure and vertical construction project at Auckland's Mason Clinic. Working across the full project lifecycle, you will lead project planning, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and delivery activities, ensuring successful outcomes from inception through to completion.

About You

You are an experienced client-side Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex capital works projects within either the public or private sector. You bring strong commercial acumen, sound judgement, and the ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder environment.

We Expect That You Will Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, supported by a recognised project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or RegPM.
• 5-10 years' experience delivering major capital building and construction projects.
• Proven experience leading projects through the full lifecycle, from planning and procurement through to commissioning and handover.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site operations, building systems, and project delivery practices.
• Demonstrated application of contemporary project management disciplines, including risk, programme, and benefits management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Sound knowledge of New Zealand building regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
