Join ASB at the forefront of strategic risk decision-making.

As Manager Stress Testing, you'll lead ASB's enterprise stress testing programme, helping the bank understand how future economic, market and risk events could impact our performance. Working with senior stakeholders across Treasury, Risk, Economics and Finance, you'll turn complex analysis into meaningful insights that inform decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.

This is a highly visible role where you'll influence strategic priorities, shape how stress testing evolves across the bank, and ensure ASB continues to meet regulatory expectations while delivering valuable business insights. You'll have the opportunity to drive improvements, challenge thinking, and help strengthen ASB's resilience in an increasingly complex environment.

• We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with the ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders.
• You'll bring experience working with financial, risk, treasury, forecasting or strategic planning information, along with the ability to see the bigger picture and translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for senior audiences.
• You are naturally curious, commercially minded and enjoy understanding what drives business performance.
• You thrive in environments where there are multiple priorities to balance and are confident building relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.
• Most importantly, you'll be motivated by using data, insights and judgement to help shape better business outcomes.
