MICE Sales Manager

As our MICE Sales Manager, you'll lead the growth of our meetings, incentives, conferences, events and weddings portfolio, working with some of New Zealand's most iconic venues, experiences and destinations. From luxury incentive groups and corporate events to spectacular weddings, you'll help clients create experiences their guests will never forget.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving revenue growth across MICE, business events and weddings.
• Identifying, pursuing and converting new business opportunities.
• Managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team.
• Representing RealNZ across New Zealand and Australia MICE markets.
• Improving systems, processes and ways of working to support future growth.
• Working across the business to ensure every event delivers an exceptional guest experience.

About You

You're a commercially savvy sales leader who thrives on challenge and understands how to balance big-picture thinking with getting things done. You enjoy building relationships, developing people, and finding smarter ways to work.

You'll Bring

• Proven MICE, events, sales or business development experience with a strong track record of delivering growth.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong business development, account management and negotiation skills.
• A passion for building relationships and creating memorable customer experiences.
• The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and drive positive change.
• Energy, resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
