In this key role, you'll work as part of our tight-knit and supportive team to help deliver on our ambition to make every Kiwi more financially successful. You'll use your personality and interpersonal style to connect with customers, understand their broader financial needs and goals, and provide appropriate solutions wherever you can.

It's a rewarding role where you'll make a genuine difference for our customers.

The hours are Sunday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, totalling 40 hours per week.

At Kiwibank, we'll help you build on your strengths and develop new skills. In the meantime, we'd love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience:

• Banking experience or exposure to the financial services industry
• Knowledge of lending, with Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) being a strong advantage
• Confidence in learning quickly and building strong knowledge of products and processes
• Exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail
• A proven ability to build sustainable customer relationships
• Adept at thinking creatively to find solutions that delight customers and getting things right the first time
