About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join

Richard Hadlee Retirement Village, Belfast, Christchurch as a Caregiver.

We have multiple positions available, please indictae which role shifts you are interested in.

• Full Time - Tuesday - Saturday 2300 - 0700 - Special Care Unit (nights)
• Part Time - Friday/Saturday 1500-2300 & Sunday/Monday 0700-1530 (Med Comp on AMs) - Dual Unit
• Part Time - Friday/Saturday 2300-0700 - Dual Unit
• Part Time - Friday/Saturday 1500-2300 & Sunday/Monday 0700-1530 (Med Comp on AMs) - Special Care Unit
• Part Time - Sunday/Monday 1500-2300 (Med Comp) – Special Care Unit

In this role you will:

• Oversee residents providing activities to engage them
• Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa Engage with our residents and developing lasting relationships with them and their families
• Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
• Take time to learn about each and every resident, their background, what's makes them happy to help them enjoy life to the fullest

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

• Dementia care experience
• Dementia qualification
• Kindness in your DNA
• Have expeience with dementia
• Strong empathy
• Outstanding communication skills
• A reliable, friendly and professional style
