Mō Te Tūranga - About The Role
The Claims Coordinator is responsible for identifying, accessing, lodging, and managing ACC claims on behalf of eligible residents across Enliven.
This is a Full Time, Fixed Term Position until 25 June 2027.
The role ensures resident documentation and clinical records supporting ACC claims are complete, accurate and compliant. Working closely with multidisciplinary team members, the Claims Coordinator managers the end-to-end ACC claims and invoicing process from identification and lodgement through to payment.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Preparing, lodging and invoicing for ACC claims through approved ACC systems and processes.
- Managing accepted claims and associated invoicing requirements.
- Ensuring relevant information is recorded in required systems.
- Following up outstanding payments and resolving invoicing issues where required

About you
We are looking for someone with a clinical background, but you are not required to be registered or hold an APC.
You’ll have strong administrative skills and good documentation practises.
You will also be a confident communicator, who is able to build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally, You Will Have
- Experience identifying process improvements and developing simple tools, templates or tracking systems is an advantage.
- Current New Zealand driver's licence and the ability to travel to Homes and sites as required.
- Commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Client and finance system literacy
- Working knowledge of ACC claims processes, or the ability to learn these quickly.
