Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Projects Coordinator to join the team for a twelve-month fixed term role working 32-40 hours per week. Key functions of this position are to:

You will provide practical coordination and administrative support across multiple projects, that includes::

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, action logs, risk registers and status reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Support workshops, training, testing, readiness and go-live activities.
  • Coordinate project communications, guides, posters, FAQs and business resources.
  • Maintain organised project files, templates, registers and implementation evidence.
  • Build effective working relationships across clinical, digital and project teams.

Skills

Reporting to the General Manager – Transformation and Business Improvement, and based at our Allevia Hospital Epsom, this position will suit a confident, resourceful and solution-focussed person with the following skills and experience:

  • At least two years’ experience in project coordination, project administration, programme support or a comparable coordination role.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects, preferably within healthcare or another complex environment.
  • Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills.
  • Confidence coordinating meetings, workshops, training, testing or implementation activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An approachable, responsive and service-focused style.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with project tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Lucid Chart or similar.

Experience in healthcare, technology implementation, organisational change, data quality or reporting would be an advantage, but just as important is your ability to learn quickly, anticipate what is needed and follow through reliably.
