What You’ll Do

As Account Manager you’ll take charge of a dynamic portfolio across Radio, Digital, and Out of Home advertising channels.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
• Drive lead generation and new business development.
• Increase MediaWorks’ revenue share by crafting strategies that achieve client objectives.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Create customized solutions that deliver measurable client success.
• Achieve targets and KPIs while mastering the art of sales excellence.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in Salesforce.

What You’ll Bring

You’re a natural-born salesperson with a proven track record in B2B account management and new business acquisition. A network in Taranaki is a bonus, but your ability to build relationships and uncover opportunities will set you apart. You thrive on delivering results for clients and smashing sales targets.

• Proven experience in account sales management and new business development.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, time management, and strategic planning.
• A knack for identifying and converting opportunities.
• A passion for media, creativity, and achieving success in a dynamic industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach.
• A proven ability to foster long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Media Experience Is An Advantage But Not Essential.
