Project Manager (Change and Transformation)

Are you an experienced Project Manager in Change and Transformation? If so, we’re looking for you to work closely with our senior leadership on strategic and business improvement projects that are central to CORDE’s direction.

About the role | Ko te kaupapa

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us immediately on a 9-month fixed term, with flexibility on whether that’s four or five days a week.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on delivery role, reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management and based at our Rolleston head office. You’ll deliver projects end-to-end across all operational divisions and our business services functions. Some responsibilities will include:

• Driving day-to-day delivery across initiatives – planning, sequencing, and keeping things moving
• Facilitating planning workshops and working sessions with senior leaders
• Managing risks, issues and dependencies, and escalating when needed
• Supporting change management activity, including communications planning and stakeholder engagement
• Supporting portfolio management activities — analysing and compiling reports, coordinating initiative plans
• Handling the coordination that makes delivery possible — scheduling, follow-ups, meeting preparation

What you’ll bring | Ko ngā pukenga ōu

• Proven experience delivering strategic or organisational change projects, ideally at executive level
• A relevant project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM)
• A change management qualification (Prosci) preferred
• Confidence influencing and communicating with senior leaders
• Experience in a portfolio or PMO environment, not just single-project delivery
• A pragmatic, adaptive approach. Willingness to roll your sleeves up when delivery needs it
