    • Fixed roster of 50 hours per fortnight across 7 shifts
    • Shifts are between 8:00am and 4:30pm
    • Applicants must be available to work every second weekend as part of the fixed roster

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Administration Coordinator to join our North Shore team in Albany. You’ll provide a mix of administration, reception and scheduling support, helping keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

A key part of the role is covering staff scheduling and rostering every second weekend. You’ll help ensure shifts are covered, respond to short-notice changes and work closely with Support Workers and Service Managers to minimise disruption to the people we support.

This is a busy, people-focused role where priorities can change quickly. You’ll need to be comfortable managing competing demands, communicating with a range of people and finding practical solutions when things don’t go to plan.

  • Previous scheduling, rostering or administration experience is highly valued
  • Excellent customer service skills and clear verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence using computer systems, including the Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm when dealing with last-minute changes
  • A practical, solution-focused approach to problem solving
