Have a minimum of 5 year's experience within banking and payments or card issuing domain.
Have a strong understanding of system architecture and integration.
Assist in implementing mandated changes and determining the required system updates.
Work on compliance implementation and strategic initiatives.
Engage with key technical stakeholders, including product and development teams.

Skills Required

Business Analysis

Requirements elicitation, business process modelling, impact assessment, business case development, user story writing.

Compliance & Risk

Regulatory analysis, compliance impact assessment, risk identification and mitigation.

Delivery

Agile delivery practices, backlog management, release planning support, testing and UAT support, change implementation support.

Stakeholder Management

Vendor engagement and management, strong written and verbal communication skills, cross functional facilitation.

Experience Required

Experience working across multiple technology platforms and vendor environments.
Experience supporting Agile, hybrid or large-scale programme delivery.
Desirable experience includes:

Experience working with card issuing platforms and payment processing solutions.
Experience engaging with external vendors and third-party service providers.
