An amazing opportunity is now available for a talented Inventory Specialist - Spare Parts to join our Sales PLanning team based in Mt Wellington.

A taste of what the position will be involved with...

  • Analyse stock movement and demand, using SAP planning data and the daily stock report, to determine stock requirements across all distribution points.
  • Process purchase orders and Stock Transfers to suppliers internal and external
  • Assist in Stock take preparation and execution for Spare Parts
  • Assist Customer Services with ETA, availability, and product enquiries.
  • Stock reservation based on customer services' request
  • Management of all returns for Finished Goods.
  • Quarterly auditing of office and quarantine stock locations to optimise storage.

You will need...

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills -Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Advanced Excel skills- Excel knowledge will be key for this position
  • Working Knowledge of MM, SD Modules in SAP (Essential)
  • Customer Service skills
  • Proven MRP - Material Requirement Planning

  • Flexiblity to help other area's of the business
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with conflicting priorities and plan accordingly.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills that allow for resolution of issues within reasonable timeframe

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous work experience within a similar role and environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field will be highly regarded

You will contribute to the Sales Planning team with your knowledge and skill at managing stock, strong excel skills and ability to analyse and adapt to changing situations to ensure the buisness is prepared for a variety of situations.
