We are seeking experienced Pega Business Architects at both Software Specialist and Software Consultant levels to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering business-critical solutions. Acting as the bridge between business strategy and technology delivery, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and drive the design of solutions that deliver measurable value.
Depending on your experience and level, you will contribute to or lead business analysis and architecture activities across Pega initiatives, ensuring alignment between customer outcomes, business objectives, and technical delivery. You will facilitate collaboration across business and technology teams, providing clarity, direction, and leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
As a trusted advisor, you will help shape solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes, while supporting continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-focused delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to business architecture, process design, and requirements definition for Pega-enabled initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to elicit, analyse, and refine business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, business artefacts, and solution requirements.
- Champion value-led design, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business outcomes and customer benefits.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance on business process optimisation and Pega best practices.
- Support backlog prioritisation, roadmap planning, and delivery activities to ensure business value is maximised.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams, influencing decision-making and driving alignment.

With a collaborative and proactive approach, you build credibility quickly and are comfortable influencing decision-making at all levels. You bring a continuous improvement mindset, balancing business needs with practical delivery considerations while helping teams navigate change and achieve successful outcomes.
Key Skills And Experience

Software Specialist / Business Architect and Software Consultant / Lead Business Architect levels who bring strong Pega experience and a passion for delivering customer-focused outcomes.
- Experience working as a Pega Lead Business Architect, Business Architect, Software Consultant, Software Specialist, or in a senior business analysis role within complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of Pega capabilities, frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, analyse requirements, and define business processes.
- Experience translating business objectives into actionable user stories and solution requirements.
- Sound understanding of BPM, workflow design, and process optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Pega Certified Business Architect (CPBA) certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to influence, prioritise, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
