The Doctors Phoenix - General Practitioner (GP) / Nurse Practitioner (NP)

The Doctors Phoenix have an opportunity for an enthusiastic GP or NP to join their friendly and supportive team in the gorgeous Bay of Plenty.

A well established family general medical practice, in a centrally located purpose-built training practice, with modern and attractive facilities. We have seven general practitioners and a dedicated team of practice nurses. We provide quality individual and family health care, with a focus on the importance of a strong relationship between patient and healthcare provider. We can support a General Practitioner or a Nurse Pracitioner.

We have an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate GP or NP to join our team. You will be working with a team of skilled nurses and GP colleagues and an experienced administration team, supported by a dedicated Practice Manager.

About the position and you

You will bring to the role:

• Sound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilize your experience
• Great communication skills
• Ability to provide healthcare to a full range of people in our community
• Hold Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand
• Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand

This is a permanent position with negotiable hours, preferably 24- 32 hours (6-8 sessions) per week.
