  • Leading the resident experience across activities, dining, housekeeping and front-of-house services
  • Building genuine, trusted relationships with residents and their families and being a key point of contact for day-to-day matters
  • Leading and supporting your team to deliver consistently high standards of service and care
  • Supporting the General Manager with prospective resident enquiries, tours, follow-ups and initiatives that help drive occupancy
  • Developing engaging activities and experiences that support resident wellbeing, connection and participation

  • Overseeing housekeeping services to ensure resident and communal spaces are presented to a high standard
  • Building relationships with local community groups and stakeholders to strengthen the village’s connections
  • Supporting our volunteer programme and creating opportunities for volunteers to contribute to village life
  • Keeping resident services organised and running smoothly, with strong attention to the details that make a difference

  • Previous experience in aged care, community services, hospitality or retail, with a strong understanding of customer service
  • Experience leading and bringing out the best in a customer-facing team
  • A warm, approachable style and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues
  • Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a calm and responsive approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A full clean New Zealand driver licence
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand
