A leading life sciences manufacturing project is seeking an experienced

AMK-B / Client EHS Coordinator to support a major construction programme. This is a senior site-based opportunity for an EHS professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and can drive both compliance and safety culture across multiple contractors.

The Role

You will lead construction safety coordination activities, ensuring compliance with Danish legislation while acting as a key client-side EHS representative. Working closely with project teams, contractors and regulatory stakeholders, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining safe operations throughout construction, commissioning and project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AMK-B coordination activities across a large construction project
  • Coordinate EHS activities between multiple contractors and work packages
  • Chair safety meetings, conduct safety walks and drive corrective actions
  • Manage project safety documentation and coordination plans
  • Monitor high-risk activities and ensure effective risk controls
  • Support contractor management and interface coordination
  • Engage with regulatory authorities and support inspections
  • Promote a proactive and visible safety culture across site
  • Provide practical EHS leadership throughout project execution

Requirements

  • Certified Danish AMK-B Coordinator
  • Extensive construction EHS experience on large-scale projects
  • Strong knowledge of Danish health and safety legislation
  • Proven experience managing contractors and complex site interfaces
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English
  • Confident working independently within a client-facing environment
