Looking for a Finance Manager role that offers variety, commercial exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with operational leaders?

Evolution Healthcare is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Health & Wellbeing portfolio on a 12-month parental leave cover. Supporting a diverse group of businesses across rehabilitation, occupational health, and care pathways, you'll work closely with the Finance Director and operational leaders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and help drive strong business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys combining financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering in a role that offers genuine variety and visibility.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the portfolio through:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
• Performance analysis and management reporting
• Business partnering with General Managers and operational leaders
• KPI development and financial modelling
• Supporting business cases and investment decisions
• Continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives
• Financial controls, compliance, and audit support
• Finance systems and reporting improvements

About You

You'll be a qualified finance professional who enjoys understanding how a business operates and using financial information to support better decision-making.

You'll bring:

• CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years' post-qualification experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capability
• Experience partnering with operational stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence using reporting systems
• Experience with Power BI, Business Central, or similar reporting tools
• A proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset

Healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential.
