Clinical Services Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join the team at Alden Ranburn, leading clinical care in the beautiful coastal community of Waipū.

This is a rewarding leadership role for an experienced senior RN who is passionate about aged care, developing people and making a genuine difference to the lives of residents and their families.

As Clinical Services Manager, you’ll lead and inspire our clinical team, drive clinical excellence and work closely with our Care Home Manager and wider Alden clinical team. You’ll build strong relationships with residents, families and our multidisciplinary team, while supporting your people to deliver the best possible care.

What you’ll bring

• Senior RN experience in New Zealand, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience

• Experience in a Clinical Manager or similar leadership role

• A current NZ RN APC with no limitations

• A passion for aged care and developing others

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

• The ability to build a high-performing, supportive team culture

You’ll be supported by Alden’s wider clinical team, including our Clinical Advisor Group, giving you the opportunity to share knowledge, learn from others and continue developing your leadership skills.
